Pictura offers primary focus on the United States. All products are fulfilled on demand by trusted third-party partners such as Printful. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and the product ordered.


1. Production Times

All items are made to order.
Typical production time: 2–5 business days.

Production times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.


2. Shipping Times (USA)

Estimated delivery after production:

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express options: when available, calculated at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


3. International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide.

International delivery times: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.


4. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages depending on availability and fulfillment location.


5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • You may be required to pay additional shipping fees

  • We cannot offer refunds for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer


6. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (when available).


7. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs

  • Peak seasons or holidays

  • Incorrect addresses


8. Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will replace it at no cost.

If a package is marked as delivered, no replacement can be issued.
